How did this happen??? Hope no one got hurt!

Driving home from work at Jalan Jerudong and there was a surprisingly long queue. Didn't really think much of it until I saw what had caused the traffic. I saw a truck lying on the road with policemen around. Took this shot with a point and shoot camera. A little out of focus as I was trying to drive at the same time. PLUS the policemen were there so it wouldn't be cool to be caught snapping away while driving now would it?
